Instructor's Bio

Instructor Rob McCue is an NCCP Triathlon Coach and C.O.R.E.TM Cycling Level II Instructor who actively participates in Triathlons, Duathlons, Running, and Cycling. He is in his second year as coach of the FMCT Falcons Triathlon club where he currently teaches an advanced spin cycling class geared towards triathletes and duathletes. He is also a certified personal trainer. Rob represented Canada at the 2006 Duathlon World Championships.

C.O.R.E.TM CYCLING is an indoor cycling program geared towards cyclists and multisport athletes using an 18-week, systematic, progressive approach to training that is both motivating and will prevent over-training during the winter months. We do have spin-bikes, however, cyclists are encourage to use their own bikes and trainers to further benefit their progression.
